Our Therapists

Our team consists of caring, sensitive, professional, and warm therapists who are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for their clients. We believe that the most effective therapy is one that is grounded in a strong connection between the therapist and the client. Our therapists are trained in a variety of approaches to therapy, allowing them to tailor a treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each client.

Approaches to Therapy

We believe in the power of various approaches to therapy, including:

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy: A therapy approach that explores the unconscious patterns and experiences that shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy: A therapy approach that helps clients identify and challenge distorted or unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy: A therapy approach that combines aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy with mindfulness and acceptance techniques to help clients manage emotions and behaviors.

Gottman Approach: A research-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on building intimacy, managing conflict, and fostering a stronger, more loving relationship.

Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy: A therapy approach that explores how our early relationships shape our expectations and behaviors in relationships.
