Our story began with our owner, Ron Erickson, who started his career in the industry back in 1980 as a service tech at a local Mercedes dealership. It was there that Ron saw firsthand the need for better customer service, transparency, and quality workmanship. In 1988, Ron decided to take the leap and open his own independent service facility, Exclusive Motors.
