We are Mike and Ann Farris, the proud owners of Low 'N Slow BBQ. We started our business over a decade ago in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and have recently relocated to Yuma, Arizona. Our goal has always been to provide our customers with the most authentic BBQ taste, and we are committed to making Low 'N Slow BBQ your first choice when it comes to satisfying your cravings. We believe that BBQ is not just food, it's a religion, and we take our job very seriously. Our low and slow cooking process ensures consistently excellent results every time.

Our Services

At Low 'N Slow BBQ, we specialize in catering events of all sizes, from business meetings and weddings to family reunions and birthdays. We serve events from 20 to 100 attendees and deliver the food at the time and location of your choice. We use only fresh cut meats and high-quality wood for all our smokes, and all our side dishes, rubs, and sauces are made from scratch. Our tasty BBQ entrees and side dishes will be delivered hot and ready to eat.

Catering Menu

Our catering menu offers a range of options to suit your needs. You can choose from our Sandwich Plan, BBQ Duo, or BBQ Trifecta. Our Slow Smoked Meats include Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Italian Sausage, and Baby Back Ribs. Our Homemade Side Dishes include BBQ Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, and our Signature Mac 'n Cheese. All our entrees and sides can be customized to your liking. We also offer vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Delivery and Pricing

Our prices include delivery within the general Fortuna Foothills area. We will come to your event location and drop off all the goods, hot and ready to serve in disposable serving pans. Additional costs apply outside of The Foothills area depending on distance. Prices are subject to change. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, and we charge a 6.7% sales tax and 15% gratuity.
