Our company is built on the principles of providing fresh, fully-matured, and flavorful food at affordable prices. We personally pick the ingredients from each farm to ensure that you receive the best quality. We are committed to using everything that Greenbluff produces, from strawberries to squash, in unique and affordable menu options.

Our founder, Sabrina Sorger, comes from a long line of farmers who homesteaded on Greenbluff in the late 1800's, making her children the sixth generation to live on that same property. With over 15 years of experience in the world of catering and foodtrucking, Sabrina is dedicated to sharing the love for Greenbluff and its farmers with the community.

Our Menus

Each month, we create a new menu based on what is ripe on Greenbluff. From seasonal fruits and vegetables to fresh herbs, eggs, and local wines, we utilize everything this area has to offer in our menu options.
