OLa's commissioning team specializes in ensuring that the systems we design and install are operational and functioning as intended. Our commissioning services include new construction commissioning, LEED building commissioning, retro-commissioning, HVAC system commissioning, electrical system commissioning, and monitoring & verification. By providing these services, we help our clients gain control over their monthly utility bills and their impact on the environment by understanding how their buildings operate.

Commissioning Projects

At OLA, we have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including the Gateway Community College in New Haven, CT, the SUNY Maritime academic building in Bronx, NY, and the NY State Parks Taconic Headquarters in Staatsburg, NY.
