History and Mission

Our history began in 1981 when Werner founded Werner E. Tietjen, P.E. Consulting Engineers. Over the years, the company has grown and expanded, with Werner E. Tietjen, P.E. at the helm, ensuring that the firm remains committed to delivering innovative and reliable solutions to its clients. The merger with Edison Venegas, a longtime principal at Werner E. Tietjen Consulting Engineers, led to the establishment of Tietjen Venegas Consulting Engineers in 2018.
