Fletcher Drilling was founded in 1970 by Paul Fletcher, who brought his knowledge of water wells and groundwater from his family's drilling business in West Virginia. Today, our business is still family-owned and operated, with Paul's sons Tom, Robert, and Jim involved in the business.
