Our Services: From Bending to Fabrication and Welding
At Longero, we offer a comprehensive range of metal fabrication and bending services, tailored to meet your unique needs. Our services include:
- Metal Profile Rolling: We utilize four angle roll machines in-house to meet all your steel bending needs, including high-quality angle rolling, pipe rolling, square tube rolling, rectangular tube rolling, beam rolling, HSS rolling, and channel rolling.
- Plate Rolling Services: Our state-of-the-art plate rolls enable us to roll plate up to 4" thick and up to 5/8" plate in 20' long sections. We specialize in arc segments, repads, pre-fabricated railing, bucket liners, and spiral stair stringers from rectangular tubing, channel, and plate.
- Press Brake and Plate Bending Services: Our four press brakes allow us to bend both small and large steel plates, up to 1" plate and 16' 9" long. Our press brakes are used for bending heavy plate, forming stair pans, transitions, cones, squares to rounds, channels, and angles.
- Large Specialty Fabrications: We fabricate carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum weldments, specializing in heavy plate fabrication. Our plant can handle weights up to 80,000 pounds (40 tons). Common fabrication projects at our plant include skids, platforms, water control gates, atmospheric tanks, bins, hoppers, transitions, clarifiers, process equipment, and spiral staircases.
- Welding: Our team of certified welders meets the requirements of AWS D1.1 and/or AWS D1.6. They are skilled in welding and processing various metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We use various welding processes such as flux-core (FCAW), MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), stick electrode (SMAW), submerged arc welding (SAW), and stud welding (SW).
- Shearing Services: We have two shears in-house, capable of cutting up to 1 1/4" thick carbon steel and 3/4" stainless steel in 12' sections.
- Plasma Cutting Services: Our 4'x8' plasma table enables us to cut carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We can plasma cut up to 5/8" thick material and oxy-torch cut up to 2" thick material.

Longero was founded in 1923 by Phil Longo and Nick Vallero as a partnership engaged in boiler repair and sheet metal work.
