Our History

In operation since 2003, from our headquarters location at Denver's Centennial Airport, M&N believes there is a better way to do business. We're committed to transforming our industry with an honest and transparent approach to aviation management. We strive to deliver value and continuous improvements to jet owners and their aircraft. Owning, managing, and chartering aircraft is not for the faint of heart. Leadership

At the helm of M&N Aviation is Todd Schieck, Managing Director, who has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. Todd has a strong background in the aviation industry and has been involved in the transition of M&N to one of the premier aircraft management and charter operations in the Rocky Mountain Region. Under his leadership, M&N has expanded its operational focus to include the management of any size aircraft, aircraft brokerage, charter brokerage, and a wide range of aviation consulting.

Our team of highly experienced professionals includes Bjorn Knudsen, Director of Operations, who has a 32-year career as a professional pilot, instructor, pilot examiner, and manager. Megan Knox, Operations Manager, has a background in charter sales and flight operations and specializes in aviation taxes and legal requirements. Deanna Baadsvik, Director of Finance, has over 15 years of financial experience in the aviation industry and has positioned M&N for calculated growth and expansion. Tom Rotelli, Director of Maintenance, has over 40 years of experience in maintenance management and is responsible for the overall maintenance operations at M&N.

Our fleet includes the Dassault Falcon 2000, a wide-body aircraft that is a leader in the large cabin fleet; the Pilatus PC-12, a single-engine turbo prop that seats up to 8 passengers; the Beechcraft Premier 1, a light jet option for short travel needs; and the Bombardier Challenger 300, an unmatched 10-passenger aircraft in its class.
