Boulevard Title Agency is a full-service title and escrow services agency that has been independently owned and operated since 2000. We have built our reputation on being experienced, professional, and courteous, providing a smooth and trouble-free closing experience for both buyers and sellers.

Our team is dedicated to reducing the stress that comes with buying or selling real estate, which is a complex business. We are committed to ensuring that there are no surprises on closing day, giving our clients the confidence they need to make their transactions successful.

At Boulevard Title Agency, we pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of the title industry, with over 50 years of experience passed down from generation to generation. Our president, Todd Gyure, has been with the company for over 20 years, having been personally groomed for the business by his mother, Penny Gyure, a pioneer for women in the title business.

Our senior escrow officer and manager, Pam Lowry, comes with over 35 years of experience in the title business, having worked for several national title companies. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, ensuring that every closing is handled professionally and efficiently.

Sandy Gyure, our office administrator, maintains the books, handles monthly title reporting, and wears whatever hat is required to assist with keeping things running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. She is an integral part of our team, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.

Victoria Norman, our newest team member, handles order entry and has been a wonderful addition to our staff, bringing a fresh perspective and energy to the team.

Residential Services

Since 2000, we have helped real estate professionals and their clients close the deal securely, professionally, and quickly. We ensure that there are no outstanding liens, judgments, or other issues that could impact the transfer of ownership, providing title insurance to protect the buyer and lender against any unforeseen issues that may arise after the sale.

We coordinate the closing process, which includes preparing and reviewing all legal documents, collecting and disbursing funds, and recording the deed and mortgage. We may also provide escrow services, holding funds in a third-party account until all conditions of the sale are met.
