Families Together

Welcome to Families Together, a creative day program for adults and seniors. Our Adult Day Health Center is a basic medical day program where disabled adults and seniors can go during the day to have their activities of daily loving cared for, rehabilitate any physical and mental health issues, and take part in therapeutic activities. We are your home away from home.

Our Story

Seven years ago, our founder, Daniel Estevez, began working in the child and senior welfare field, supporting families, young people, and seniors. His motivation to create such a program came from his passion of serving individuals in need and his desire to create a unique program that would accomplish its purpose of preventing adults and seniors to transition to nursing homes and allow families to remain together at home.

Daniel's vision was to create a warm and welcoming space where adults and seniors who are attending Families Together ADH can boost their well-being through an array of services such as personal care, medication management, nutrition, and therapeutic activities. It is very important for Daniel that while receiving these services, the individual may achieve their ultimate well being by accomplishing his or her medical and social goals.

Each individual will be able to do that due to Daniel's vision to put together the best care team possible by making sure that each staff member demonstrate compassion, patience, responsibility, and most important, a lot of love!

• Personal Care: Our staff provides personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Medication Management: Our staff ensures that clients receive their medications as prescribed by their healthcare provider.
• Nutrition: We provide nutritious meals and snacks to ensure that our clients receive the necessary nutrients for optimal health.
• Therapeutic Activities: We offer a variety of therapeutic activities such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to help our clients rehabilitate any physical and mental health issues.
