Welcome to our wellness sanctuary where we specialize in Ayurveda and Yoga, designed to help you find balance in a complicated world. Led by Andrea, a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, 500 HR Yoga Teacher, and Personal Trainer since 2007, our mission is to make Ayurveda and Yoga easily accessible and digestible for all. We believe in a holistic approach to wellness, encompassing mind, body, and soul. With a wide range of services, we are here to support you on your journey towards optimal health and vitality.

Our Services

1. Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling: Our certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor offers personalized consultations to help you identify your unique mind/body type (dosha) and provide practical tools to achieve balance. Together, we will explore dietary habits, lifestyle practices, and stress-reduction techniques tailored to your individual needs.

2. Yoga Classes: Our gentle and inclusive Yoga classes incorporate ancient wisdom and mindfulness techniques for a well-rounded practice. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced Yogi, our classes offer a safe space for you to connect with your breath and cultivate inner peace.

3. Personal Training: We offer Personal Training sessions centered around Ayurveda and Yoga principles, ensuring that exercise becomes a nourishing and grounding experience. Our Personal Trainer, Andrea, has extensive experience working with women, including Olympic athletes, and specializes in pre/postpartum fitness.

4. Postpartum Support: We provide comprehensive Postpartum Support, both online and in-person, through Nurturing the New Mother Consults, Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula Support, and Postpartum Personal Training. Our aim is to help new mothers embrace this transformative period with grace, knowledge, and self-compassion.

5. Workshops & Events: Join our In-Person Wild Woman Circle gatherings and other upcoming events designed to help you live a cyclical life. Through these gatherings, you will learn to slow down, tune in, and connect with your inner wisdom using Ayurvedic and Yogic teachings.

6. Online Challenges & Guides: Our Sacred Seasons program and Ayurvedic Guide to Perimenopause are just a few examples of our free online resources. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the connection between the lunar cycles, Ayurveda, and Yoga, and how to create their own rules for well-being.
