Novato Family Martial Arts is a Taekwondo studio based in Novato, California, located at 7374 Redwood Blvd. Established in 1996, the studio has been a significant part of the community, providing a safe and nurturing environment for the whole family to learn the art of Taekwondo. Our dedicated team, led by owner and operator Chuck Kainz, a 4th-degree Black Belt, is committed to upholding the tenets of Taekwondo, which include courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.

Our Services

Novato Family Martial Arts offers a range of services designed to meet the needs of our students and their families. Our classes are structured to accommodate varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced, and are available for all ages. We offer classes for Little Dragons (aged 4-6), Big Dragons (aged 7-11), and Teens & Adults (aged 12 and up). Our instructors are dedicated to providing a safe and engaging environment where students can learn and grow at their own pace.

We also offer camps, birthday parties, and weapons/board-breaking seminars. Our camps provide a fun and engaging way for students to continue their training during school breaks, while our birthday parties offer a unique and exciting way to celebrate. Our weapons/board-breaking seminars are designed to challenge students and help them develop new skills.

Class Schedule

Our class schedule is designed to accommodate the needs of our students and their families. We offer classes throughout the week, including Monday through Friday and on Saturdays. Our Little Dragons classes are held in the late afternoon, while our Big Dragons and Teens & Adults classes are held in the early evening. We also offer special Sparring Classes for eligible students two Fridays per month. Our class schedule is subject to change without notice, so we encourage our students to check our monthly calendar for the most up-to-date information.
