Our History

Matthew Gurniak, our owner and property manager, is a decorated Operation Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Global War on Terrorism veteran. After retiring from the United States Air Force, Matt earned his Texas Real Estate License and started his own residential real estate and property management business. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College and an undergraduate degree in Business from Park University, Missouri.

Matt is a dedicated leader with a strong background in leadership, management, and customer service. With his military experience and education, he brings a unique perspective to the real estate and property management industry.

Johnny Macias, Showing Agent

Johnny has a strong background in education with a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in School Counseling from the University of Texas at Austin. With over 22 years of teaching experience, he brings a patient and dedicated approach to helping clients find their next home.

Keith Thomas, Showing Agent

Keith is a veteran with 26 years of military service, including 20 years as a decorated officer. With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Park University, he is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail to each client.
