Benchmark Surveys has been providing a professional and friendly service to all its clients since May 1995. We work on all sizes of projects from the private individual house extension to large local authority developments. Our team has a wealth of experience in many disciplines of the surveying world and supports our younger staff to gain qualifications and professional status. We use a range of surveying instrumentation to gain the best results for our clients' needs. Our office is based in Devon, close to the M5, and we operate throughout the UK.

Our Team

Our team includes experienced professionals such as Helen Richards, the owner of Benchmark (Exeter) Limited and former Surveying Manager at ECC Quarries, with over 30 years of experience in surveying. James Richards, who serves as Survey Manager, Land, Utility, and Measured Building Surveyor, with over 10 years of experience. Seb Richards is a qualified Utility Surveyor, and Anthony Drew is a Senior Topographic and Measured Building Surveyor with over 10 years of experience. Josh Rogers is a Senior Topographic Surveyor and also performs Aerial Surveys as the UAV/Drone Pilot. Julie Kellis handles client inquiries and aims to keep everything running smoothly.
