Live to Serve (L2S) is a compassionate provider of assisted living services for seniors, founded on the core values of commitment to serve others with compassion, consistency, and a proactive approach. Our assisted living facilities are designed to offer a group home-style environment, which provides a family-like atmosphere for our residents. The intimate size of our homes enables our caregivers to know each resident individually and provide care tailored to their unique needs.

Our Services

At Live to Serve, we offer a comprehensive range of services to support our residents in their daily lives and foster a homelike atmosphere. These services include:

• Individualized Personal Care: Our dedicated caregivers assist our residents with their activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, transferring, and ambulation, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

• Medication Administration: We provide assistance with medication administration, which is handled by certified staff and overseen by a registered nurse, ensuring the proper management of our residents' medical needs.

• Health Assessments: We offer on-site and on-call RN services and develop personalized service plans, addressing the unique healthcare requirements of each resident.

• Housekeeping/Laundry: Our full-service housekeeping and laundry services cater to the needs of all our residents, maintaining clean and neat facilities that contribute to a comfortable living environment.

Locations

Live to Serve is proud to serve the Greater Milwaukee area with four community-based residential facility (CBRF) communities. Our facilities promote a homelike atmosphere, offering assistance with activities of daily living while respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident, as well as providing daily house support services such as housekeeping, laundry, food service, and minor medical needs. The Owners

Wesley and Lindsay, the owners of Live to Serve, embarked on a new journey in 2021, transitioning from their previous careers to serve others in the assisted living industry. Inspired by their desire to make a difference, they learned about the unique needs and challenges faced by seniors, leading them to establish Live to Serve with the mission of providing high-quality care for vulnerable citizens.

Wesley, a former Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy and an economics graduate, brings extensive experience in education, business consulting, and corporate site selection, where he conducted labor market research and assisted clients with economic development incentives throughout North America. Lindsay has a background in criminal justice and has worked in customer service and event planning, providing personalized services to clients and organizing functions for over a decade. Together, they have three children and share a passion for helping others.
