For example, Hank and Toni went out of their way to help a customer with a broken trailer tongue, sending a tow truck and ensuring the customer got back on the road within 24 hours. Additionally, the service department has separate bays for scheduled service work, allowing customers to get serviced quickly.
However, other customers have had negative experiences. Some reported poor communication, long wait times, and unprofessional behavior from the owner. One customer's boat was not sold despite being promised it would be, and they were only notified when they received a bill. Another customer had a new Yamaha engine with stalling issues that was not fixed properly, and the owner was rude when asked about the problem.
