Problems with Service After Sale

Several customers have experienced issues with the service after the sale from L&M Marine. Scott Metzler purchased a new seat, but after showing a cut in the seat, the warranty manager did not follow up or resolve the issue. Kenneth Richardson had problems with his boat, which were supposedly fixed, but the issue persisted after another visit. Chris Howell had a poor experience with the service department, which took a week to complete and left parts off his motor.
