Founded in 1979 by William Hirt and John Kiely, Vistula Management Company has developed a strong reputation for its expertise in planning, developing, and managing quality housing for families, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. With over 40 years of experience, we have successfully rehabilitated more than 80 historic structures in North Toledo, earning prestigious awards along the way.
