Our History

Our journey began in 1983 when the Kaye family acquired the Labor Force office in Philadelphia. Although the Labor Force office had been in existence for 25 years, we grew and expanded under new management. In 1991, we expanded into South Jersey with the opening of our Cherry Hill office, dedicated to offering our clients a full spectrum of services in both the industrial and clerical business sectors.

As our reputation for quality service grew, so did our corporation. We opened our Wenonah office in 1995 and established a satellite sector to service Cumberland County in 1998. Today, Kaye Personnel represents one of the fastest-growing temporary and permanent staffing agencies in the Philadelphia/New Jersey region.
