What vaccination records are required for boarding?
Dogs need DHPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella, Rabies, and Dog Flu. Cats require Rabies, FVRCP, and Feline Leukemia (or recent negative test). Proof must come from your veterinarian.
Do you offer 24-hour pet care services?
Yes, our facility maintains 24-hour attendance with trained staff available to monitor pets and administer necessary care throughout the day and night.
How are medical needs accommodated?
We provide medication administration (extra fee applies) and specialized diet management. Our staff handles eye/ear treatments and multiple daily medication doses while maintaining detailed care records.
What are your holiday boarding policies?
Holiday periods require $150 non-refundable deposit per pet. Rates increase $5/day during specified dates including major holidays. Deposits become non-refundable 30 days before holiday periods.
