We cannot service homes on hills due to water distribution and balance issues. Adequate level parking (30ft) is required.
How are arrival times scheduled?
Appointments prioritize quality over quantity. Arrival times are scheduled with a 1-hour window to accommodate unforeseen delays.
Can owners stay during grooming?
We discourage owners from staying due to limited space and potential pet agitation, which may prolong the service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Apple Cash. Checks are no longer accepted.
What happens if my pet is severely matted?
We refuse to demat severely matted pets. A humane shave-down is offered instead, preserving coat health and comfort.
What are cancellation policies?
24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee, and no-shows result in a $50 charge.
