At Marlow Manor, we're dedicated to providing excellent care and service to our seniors since 1999. Our beautiful 40,000 square foot facility consists of 48 individual apartments with three different sizes and configurations to meet your individual needs and financial situations.

Our History

Marlow Manor was founded by Marc and Lael Marlow, who had a vision of providing senior housing that meets the needs of a variety of people and the community. In 1994, this dream came true with the completion of the Chester Park Cooperative. Recognizing the need for affordable alternative housing for seniors, the Marlows went on to develop Marlow Manor Assisted Living. Today, our facility is owned and operated by a group of long-time Alaskan senior citizens, who are dedicated to bringing progressive individual and innovative care to seniors living in Alaska.

Our administrative team is comprised of long-term, dedicated professionals who have a passion for helping seniors. With a quarter-century of experience in providing housing and services to seniors, our management team is committed to delivering quality care and comprehensive services that meet the unique needs of each individual.
