• Safe and Comfortable Living: Each of our residents enjoys comfortable and private living accommodations within our six assisted living homes, spread across three spacious estates. These estates provide a beautiful and serene setting, featuring picturesque landscapes, including gardening plots, biking trails, walking trails, and ATV trails. Residents can also enjoy the company of native Alaskan animals like reindeer and domestic farm animals, adding to the enriching experience.

• Personalized Assistance: We provide personalized assistance with daily living activities, including hygiene, laundry, housekeeping, medication management, and nutritious meal preparation. Residents can also benefit from support in developing essential life skills, such as budgeting, shopping, and transportation.

• Social Engagement and Recreation: At Big Lake Country Club, we believe in fostering meaningful social connections and promoting an active lifestyle. Our residents participate in a variety of enriching activities, such as family-oriented outings, picnics, barbecues, celebrations of holidays and birthdays, camping, fishing, shopping trips, movie outings, gym sessions, and community dining experiences.

• Therapeutic Riding: We partner with Alaska Horse Ranch to provide therapeutic horseback riding opportunities. This program offers numerous physical, emotional, and social benefits for our residents, enhancing their mobility, coordination, confidence, and overall well-being.

Supporting Families and Caregivers

We understand the importance of family involvement and support. We work closely with families and caregivers to create individualized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs. We also offer respite care services, providing temporary relief to caregivers while ensuring that our residents receive continuous quality care.
