Construction, Inc. is primarily a Site, Utility, and Road construction company with projects generally ranging from $100,000 to $15,000,000. Incorporated in 1987, we have a strong presence in New Hampshire, with easy access to neighboring states of Maine and Massachusetts. Our main office is located in Rochester, New Hampshire.

This philosophy is embodied by our owners, Bill Creteau, Andy LePage, and Jason deWildt, who are actively involved in all projects and can regularly be found at the job sites. Our employees, many of whom have been with us since the beginning, bring experience, capabilities, and enthusiasm that have enabled us to quickly become a major presence in the construction market.

We have built up a fleet of construction equipment over the years that are used on all our jobs. Our 6000 SF shop houses machinery and supplies to service our equipment and trucks, ensuring that everything is kept in excellent condition. We also strive to continuously expand our knowledge by utilizing the latest technology, such as GPS software and equipment, to increase our productivity, production, and accuracy.

Whether it's site development, utility installation, or road construction, clients can always be assured of excellent workmanship. We have completed projects in the busy downtown of Portsmouth, NH, as well as sites in the rural areas of North Berwick, ME, and more. Our employees are OSHA certified, and our shoring capabilities allow us to install utilities at depths of over 20-feet. We have also been contracted by the State of New Hampshire, the State of Maine, and many local municipalities for the rebuilding of existing and new highway systems.
