Seufert Winery

At Seufert Winery, we are dedicated to creating the finest Oregon wines, showcasing the rich terroir of the Willamette Valley. Founded in 2005 by a fourth-generation Oregonian family, our winery is rooted in the fertile soil and natural beauty of our home state.

Our founder, Jim Seufert, traveled the world as a business consultant, visiting esteemed vintners and independent artisans in various grape growing regions. Inspired by these experiences, Jim returned to Oregon wine country and founded Seufert Winery. He makes wine to represent the richness of the soil, the crisp air, and the ever-changing weather of the Willamette Valley. Taking a light-handed approach, Jim gently guides the process from vine to tank, barrel to bottle, to create wines with a pronounced sense of place.

Jim is joined by his wife, Michelle, who was born and raised in Oregon. Michelle heard the siren call of New York City in her youth and worked in the city's dynamic culinary and nightlife world. Spanning the fields of hospitality, event planning, and food and beverage operations, Michelle sourced the world's best products to meet the needs of some of the city's most discerning clients. When she returned to the Willamette Valley, Michelle was proud to focus on Oregon wine that is equal to the best wines being created in the world's most renowned wine regions.

Our Services

At Seufert Winery, we offer a variety of services to enhance your wine tasting experience. Our Tasting Room is open Thursday through Sunday from 11am to 5pm, and Monday through Wednesday by appointment. Reservations are recommended but not required.

We also host private tasting space events, where you can enjoy an intimate setting for special occasions or corporate events. Our knowledgeable staff is happy to guide you through our wine selection, including our award-winning single vineyard Pinot Noir, Black Label Series, Library Wines, and Verjus.

In addition, we offer a Culinary Corner, where you can find recipes and food pairings to complement our wines. Our Verjus Wine Club is a great way to stay connected with us and receive exclusive access to new releases, special promotions, and events.

Our Wines

At Seufert Winery, we specialize in limited production single vineyard designate Pinot Noir. We source quality grapes from distinctive vineyards grown with sustainable practices and respect for the land. Our wines are crafted to express the unique terroir of the region, and we are proud to offer a range of wines to suit every palate.

Our Black Label wines are the best-of-the-best from each year's vintage. Blended and aged in the cellar, the Black Label combines an old-world philosophy with new-world technology.
