What are your daycare hours and holiday schedule?
We're open Monday-Friday 6:30am-7pm. Closed major holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving through New Years, and Independence Day.
Do you offer overnight boarding services?
We focus exclusively on daytime care and do not provide overnight boarding to maintain our specialized expertise in daycare operations.
What training class options are available?
We offer Puppy Good Start, Basic Manners, Advanced Manners (CGC prep), Tricks (AKC title), and Dog Body Language workshops for owners.
How do you handle dog introductions on trial days?
New dogs start in starter pens with low-key companions, gradually integrating into main playgroups while staff monitors social interactions and comfort levels.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for multi-day passes. Check payments receive exclusive treats from our PNW-based supplier selection.
What happens if my dog gets sick during daycare?
We immediately isolate symptomatic dogs, contact owners, and coordinate veterinary care. Our sanitation protocols use EPA-certified disinfectants to prevent illness spread.
