About Sharon Hocking

Sharon Hocking is the founder and principal designer at Sharon Hocking Interiors. She studied fine arts and graphic design before going to work for Nike, Inc., where she designed textile prints, logos, and t-shirts. Nurturing her love for fabrics and her interest in how people live in their homes, she returned to college later to study interior design.

Sharon has a passion for historic architecture and can often be found visiting art museums and traveling in her spare time. She is an active member of her local design organization, NWSID, the Northwest Society of Interior Designers, and stays current in her education by taking courses accredited by her local NKBA, where she studies the art of space planning and great kitchen and bath design.

Sharon loves helping people see their homes in a new and fresh way. She believes that every home has potential and works closely with her clients to ensure that their homes reflect their unique personalities and lifestyles.
