Hughes Machine Shop, Inc. is proud to be a veteran-owned small business with over 35 years of experience in the machining and fabrication industry. We began our operations in 1986 with a small space and a few machines, initially supporting underwater research and development projects for the U.S. Navy and the local community. Today, we have grown to a 36,000 sq/ft facility with state-of-the-art machinery and a dedicated team focused on quality, precision, and customer service.

Our Capabilities

Our services include precision machining, fabrication, and quality inspection. We have a fully equipped welding and fabrication facility, as well as a state-of-the-art quality inspection department. Our machinery includes 5-axis CNC waterjet machines, flow 500 with 5-axis cutting capability, and CNC mills such as the Mazak Nexus 510C/50 and Haas VF-2 and VF-3 vertical mills. This allows us to handle both large production runs and small prototype projects with precision and accuracy.
