Our Story
Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar gets its name from the unique layout and design of our restaurant. The open kitchen presents a show of flames as your meal is being prepared, and a six-inch section of ice spans the length of our curved bar, keeping your drinks perfectly chilled. The open kitchen allows for a full view of the culinary process, from the sizzle of the grill to the presentation of each dish. Our culinary team is highly trained and takes pride in their craft, making every meal an event.

Our Team
Our team is led by John Blansit, our Corporate Food & Beverage Director, who has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. John is a certified executive chef and has worked in some of the top restaurants in the country. Our executive chef, Chris Freeman, has over 15 years of experience and has worked at some of the top resorts in the Midwest. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
