Melanie's journey in IT began at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where she supported over 250 computers and users on various operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and Apple. Her exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to initiate projects with complex configurations earned her the respect of the top echelons at the hospital. Although she left St. Jude in 2008 to be closer to her family, she didn't lose sight of her passion for IT. In 2010, she founded Memphis Computer Support, with a mission to provide reliable and professional IT services to business owners in Memphis.
