Our Story
Our journey began with a deep passion for martial arts, which dates back to the early days of watching the iconic movie, "The Karate Kid." This film sparked a fire within us to pursue a life-long dedication to martial arts. Our founder, Saad Al-Aziz, has spent years studying and training in various martial arts, including Boxing, Hapkido, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the benefits of martial arts, Saad has dedicated his life to sharing this knowledge with others.

Ginastica Natural is a comprehensive full-body weight training method that benefits the entire body and life. Our program is designed to improve physical qualities such as strength, endurance, mobility, core stability, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
