As a pair of restaurant professionals, we, Telina and Dan, have always been passionate about good food and wine. When we moved into our new home in the Roseway neighborhood, we realized that there was a lack of affordable and quality wine shops in the area. Therefore, we decided to take the plunge and open our own wine shop, Mom & Pop Wine Shop.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide our customers with an extensive selection of distinct, affordable wines that pair perfectly with a wide range of cuisines. We believe that wine should be enjoyable and accessible to everyone, not just wine connoisseurs. Our goal is to create a welcoming and relaxing environment where customers can come and learn about wine in a non-intimidating way.
Our Services
At Mom & Pop Wine Shop, we offer a variety of services designed to enhance your wine-drinking experience. Our services include:
- Wine Tastings: We regularly host wine tastings every two weeks, featuring four seasonal wine selections. These tastings are drop-in style, meaning that there's no need to make a reservation. Our tastings are a great way to kick off the weekend and learn about different wine styles.
- Wine Delivery: We offer free same-day delivery for our customers who live within a certain radius. This service is available on Thursdays only.
- In-Person Shopping: Our shop is open for in-person shopping on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 pm to 7 pm, Thursdays and Saturdays from 12 pm to 6 pm, and Sundays from 12 pm to 5 pm.
- Curbside Pickup: For customers who prefer to pick up their purchases curbside, we offer this service as an option.
