Disappointing Stay
Some guests had a subpar experience at Panther Creek Cabins, with issues ranging from cleanliness to amenities. Author Nan gave the Mountain Creek unit 3 stars, citing a small room, lack of window in the bedroom, and NO internet or cell phone reception. The hot tub was also a disappointment, described as a garden tub for one person.
Loved the Cabin
However, many guests had a wonderful time at Panther Creek Cabins. Several reviewers gave the cabins 5 stars, praising the peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Kim Thomas and Andy Thomas described the perfect getaway, with Kim mentioning the relaxing sound of the creek and Andy highlighting the super clean cabin. Terry Freeman and Tania Thompson also raved about the cabins, citing the wonderful retreat and the staff's attention to detail.
Unacceptable Stay
Unfortunately, Author Michelle Caponi had a disastrous stay in 2017, describing unacceptable conditions, including mold on the air conditioner, dirty bathroom, and unclean floors. The owner's refusal to refund their money only added to their frustration.
Romantic Getaway
Colleen Byrne, on the other hand, had a romantic stay in 2024, renewing her vows in the Mt. Springs cabin with her dogs. She praised Miriam's kindness and professionalism, describing her as amazing, kind, and gracious.
