Our team of trainers is comprised of experienced and certified fitness professionals, including professional boxers, weight trainers, and fitness models. Our team leaders, Jae and Crystal, have over 30 years of combined experience in the fitness industry, and our trainers have a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

We have two convenient locations to serve you: Apex Personal Training Studio in Apex, NC, and United Thai Boxing and MMA in Durham, NC. Our studios are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and amenities to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for your workouts.
