We offer a range of modalities, including Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Ear Acupressure, Gua Sha for Plantar Fasciitis, Cranio Sacral, and Reiki. Our sessions are tailored to address specific areas of tension and pain, and we use Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade doTERRA essential oils to enhance the experience.
We offer two types of massage sessions: Therapeutic Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. Our Therapeutic Massage is a gentle, relaxing experience that targets areas of tension and stress, while our Deep Tissue Massage is designed to target deeper areas of tension and pain. We also offer extended 90-minute sessions for those who need a little extra time to unwind.
