We offer a range of services to help individuals with neurological conditions, including stroke rehabilitation, balance physical therapy, brain injury rehabilitation, Guillain-Barre syndrome rehabilitation, ataxia rehabilitation, multiple sclerosis rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease rehabilitation, and spinal cord injury rehabilitation. Our rehab health coaching plans include an initial consultation to identify any mobility issues, and a customized home exercise program. We also offer ongoing support, education, and modification of your exercise program as needed.
