Yoga Focus Collective arose from a deep-rooted passion for the transformative power of Iyengar yoga. Founded in 1993 by Karen Ufer, the studio has been a sanctuary for countless individuals seeking improved health, flexibility, and inner peace. In 2023, longtime teacher Marlene McGrath took the reins, carrying forward the vision of offering accessible and comprehensive yoga instruction in the esteemed Iyengar tradition.
