Recent Projects

At Innovation Fasteners, we are proud of the work we do. Here are some of our recent projects:

• Hexagon Nuts: We were called upon for a 5-day delivery to support an unplanned maintenance project for an oil refinery in Texas. We supplied 2 1/4" 8UN x 22" Studbolt Heavy Hex Nuts.
• Machined Components: We machined a threaded component that needed to be expedited for a power generation application. We turned and milled the parts on our Doosan GT2100M from ASTM A582 416 condition T material.
• Socket Products: We machined Low Head Socket Cap Screws from ASTM A574 17-4 H1150D material for a customer's production lines.

New Machinery

• Doosan Lynx 220 Y-Axis CNC: We added a bar-fed Doosan Lynx 220 Y-axis horizontal single turret lathe to our collection, increasing our capacity and capabilities.
• Increased Automatic Band Saw Capacity: We have increased our automatic band saw capacity to keep up with customer demands, investing in new machinery to ensure that we can meet the needs of our growing customer base.
• 2 New Doosan GT2100M CNCs: We recently invested in 2 new 3-axis Puma GT2100M CNC machines, increasing our capacity and enabling us to machine 90% of our products in-house.
