The Point East Boston Barre & Yoga opens its doors to foster a feeling of community through the practice of yoga, barre, and other mindful movement modalities. Founded in 2017 by local women, we are passionate about empowering people of all ages and abilities to achieve optimal wellness for mind, body, and spirit.
