Our Story

Our founder, Krysta-Lyn, has a personal story of finding solace in yoga and Reiki during a challenging time in her life. After experiencing the profound impact of these practices, she became certified as a yoga instructor and Reiki master, and has dedicated her life to sharing these practices with others. With a background in finance and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Krysta-Lyn brings a unique perspective to her teaching and healing work.

Our Services

At Radiate Wellness, we offer a range of services designed to support your overall well-being. Our yoga classes are tailored to suit all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We believe that yoga is a journey, not a destination, and we strive to create a supportive and challenging environment for students of all abilities.

Our Reiki services include in-person and distance sessions, as well as training and retreats. Our Reiki masters are certified in Holy Fire/Karuna Reiki methods and are dedicated to providing a safe and compassionate healing environment.
