Since 1987, we have been the premier independent supplement retailer in the area, specializing in holistic health, sports nutrition, and natural detox products.
Our Stores
We have three convenient locations in the Twin Cities, each designed to meet the unique needs of our customers. Our Saint Paul - Midway location is our original store, located across from the Green Line Hamline Avenue Station. This store specializes in detox products, powdered vitamins, and men's health supplements. Our West Saint Paul location offers a wide range of vitamins, herbs, sports supplements, and herbal teas, as well as expert advice from our knowledgeable staff. Our Columbia Heights store is slightly larger than our Saint Paul location and offers an extensive detox line and targeted nutrition supplements.

Our product line includes vitamins, minerals, and high-performance sports supplements, as well as natural body care products like Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap and NOW brand body oils.
