Meet Our Trainers

Our trainers, Maureen Groll and Jennifer Sferrazza, have years of experience in the fitness industry. Maureen has a passion for health and fitness and has turned it into a rewarding career. She's certified as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer and has experience teaching fitness classes, managing a fitness center, and acting as a strength and conditioning coach for a local high school. Jennifer has been married for 22 years and is blessed with two teenagers. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business from Miami University and is certified in group fitness and personal training. Both trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and making fitness a fun and rewarding part of your everyday life.
