Services
Reality-Based Self-Defense
Our self-defense program eliminates traditional martial arts rituals to focus on practical techniques for real-world scenarios. We combine Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and Brazilian Jiujitsu to prepare students for actual violence situations. The curriculum evolves continuously to maintain effectiveness while avoiding sport-fighting approaches that don't translate to street defense.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai training develops stand-up combat skills using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. This Thai martial art forms the foundation of our striking techniques while emphasizing practical application over competition rules. Students learn to generate power and maintain defensive posture under pressure.
Krav Maga Instruction
Krav Maga teaches immediate threat neutralization through instinctive movements. Our program covers defense against weapons, multiple attackers, and real-life attack scenarios. Techniques include eye gouges, groin strikes, and headbutts that are prohibited in sport martial arts but essential for street survival.
Family Martial Arts
We offer coordinated training programs for multiple family members with discounted rates. Separate age-specific classes ensure appropriate skill development for children (5-7, 8-13) and adults. The non-competitive environment encourages family participation without contractual obligations.
Brazilian Jiujitsu
Submission grappling focuses on ground fighting techniques including takedowns, positional control, and joint locks. This Brazilian martial art develops close-quarters combat skills essential for real-world self-defense situations where fights often end up on the ground.
