CSG 360 Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy located in Oceanside, California. Our academy is a proud partner of The We Defy Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides combat veterans with military-connected disabilities a long-term means to overcome their challenges through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness training. At CSG 360 Jiu Jitsu, we are committed to creating a better life for our veterans, their families, our team, and our community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower individuals through integrity, discipline, personal accountability, mental and physical development, improved coordination, flexibility, adaptability, confidence, patience, and selfless service. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can learn and grow, both on and off the mat.
Services Offered
At CSG 360 Jiu Jitsu, we offer a variety of services, including:
- Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes: Our adult classes are designed for students of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our classes focus on technique, drills, and live training to help students develop their skills and reach their goals.
- Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes: Our kids classes are designed to teach children ages 5-15 the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a safe and fun environment. Our classes focus on discipline, respect, and confidence, while also helping children develop their physical fitness and self-defense skills.
- Private Lessons: We offer private lessons for students who want one-on-one instruction with one of our experienced instructors. Private lessons are a great way to focus on specific techniques, address individual needs, and accelerate progress.
- Fitness Training: We offer fitness training programs designed to complement Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training and help students improve their overall fitness and conditioning.
- Events: We host a variety of events throughout the year, including seminars, workshops, and tournaments. These events provide students with the opportunity to learn from top instructors, compete, and connect with other members of the Jiu Jitsu community.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of experienced and dedicated instructors, each with a deep passion for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a commitment to helping our students reach their goals. Our instructors include:
- Professor Charlie Grant: Professor Charlie is a black belt and the owner of CSG 360 Jiu Jitsu. He has been training for over 20 years and has owned the CSG Academy since March of 2017.
- Coach Pouria Amini (Po): Po is our most recent black belt and has been training Jiu Jitsu for 11 years and coaching for 5 years.
- Coach Jason Schwartze (Big Cat): Big Cat is a brown belt and has been training for 8 years and coaching for 3 years.
- Coach Braulio Sebastian: Braulio is a brown belt and has been training Jiu Jitsu for 9 years and coaching for 4 years.
- Coach Glenny Grits: Glenny is a purple belt and has been training Jiu Jitsu for 8 years and coaching for 5 years.
- Coach Doug Tran: Doug is a purple belt and has been training Jiu Jitsu for 11 years and coaching for 8 years.
- Kids Coach Jay Jay: Jay Jay is a purple belt and has been training Jiu Jitsu for 7 years and coaching for 5 years.
- Kids Coach Justin Petitte (JP): JP is a purple belt and has been training Jiu Jitsu for 11 years and coaching for 5 years.
