Our Philosophy

As a certified yoga instructor in the Integral tradition, I, Margaret Townsend, bring over a decade of experience in teaching and practicing yoga. With over 500 additional hours of training in the Ashtanga Tradition, Pre-NatalPost-Natal Yoga, and various-renowned teachers, I am dedicated to sharing the numerous benefits of yoga with my students. My teaching style is characterized by attention to detail, patient guidance, and a deep understanding of the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga.

Our Services

At River's Edge Yoga, we offer a variety of yoga classes, catering to all levels of practitioners. Our classes include Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga Sage, Vinyasa Flow, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, and Yoga Tales for our younger students.
