With a post-graduate degree from Shanghai, China in advanced Clinical Studies in Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and Tuina, Mary has studied with noted healers and shamans, and has been certified in various modalities such as Functional Medicine, Nutrition, Applied Kinesiology, Bio-energetic Medicine, Homeopathy, and Homotoxicology. Mary has taught at the Tao Healing Arts Center in Santa Monica, CA, and at the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine, and has addressed The Arthritis Foundation at the symposium for "Alternative Pathways to Coping with Fibromyalgia".
