At Warfel Construction, we take pride in being a trusted name in the construction industry, with over three decades of experience in delivering quality projects. Founded in 1972, our company started as a small residential contracting firm operating in Milford, Delaware. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include commercial and agricultural construction, as well as land development.

Our Story

We were founded by Allan Warfel in 1972 as a residential contracting company. Jay Schlabach joined us in 1973 and led the expansion into agricultural construction. By the 1980s, we had expanded our operations to include townhouses, churches, and other commercial structures. By the 1990s, we had established ourselves as a leading construction company in Southern Delaware. In 2004, we expanded our office and showroom to accommodate our growing business. Today, we are led by Robb Warfel as Vice President of Operations and Weston Yutzy as Vice President of Residential Sales.

Our Services

At Warfel Construction, we offer a wide range of services to cater to our clients' diverse needs. Our residential construction services include designing and building homes, cottages, and beach getaways. We also offer agricultural construction services, including building poultry houses, animal waste structures, and post-frame buildings. Our experienced crews specialize in agricultural construction, using only the finest materials and minimizing delays.

In addition to residential and agricultural construction, we also provide commercial construction services. We have built structures such as Eagle's Nest Fellowship Church in Milton, the Lutheran Church of our Savior in Rehoboth Beach, and Milford City Hall.
