Our Story
Our CEO, John Knowles, entered the mortgage industry in 2001 and has since built a successful career in the field of Economics. He worked for a mortgage broker in Monterey County, later with a mortgage banker in Silicon Valley, and eventually launched DCI during the recession of the late 2000s, focusing on private loan origination and trust deed investments. Under John's leadership, DCI has expanded to include institutional lending, consulting with local business associations, and the community for feedback on providing real estate finance.
