Services
Laser Cutting
Our Bystronic laser systems cut carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 3/4" thick with 10,000-watt output power. This non-contact method eliminates tooling requirements while achieving complex shapes with tight tolerances. The automated process handles sheet metal from 6'x12' dimensions, offering faster production cycles compared to traditional methods.
Metal Bending
With multiple CNC press brakes up to 700 tons capacity, we bend materials up to 1/2" thick and 16' lengths. Our equipment includes Pullmax and Cincinnati machines with automated back gauging systems to maintain consistent angles and dimensions across production runs.
Plate Rolling
Our Bertsch, Pullmax, and Roundo plate rolls form carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum from 16-gauge to 1/2" thickness. This equipment creates cylinders, cones, and custom curved components up to 8' lengths for industrial applications.
Welding
As ASME Section VIII certified welders, we perform MIG, TIG, SMAW, and flux core welding on carbon, stainless, aluminum, and exotic metals. Our 16 Miller Dimension welding machines ensure structural integrity for pressure vessels and industrial equipment.
Prototyping
We transform design concepts into functional metal prototypes using production-grade materials. This process validates form, fit, and function before full-scale manufacturing, reducing development costs while maintaining material properties for accurate testing.
